Solution Execution
Our team delivers the initial set of results and ensures operational stability. We manage deployment, integration, and validation so that your model quickly transitions into a robust, fully operational asset you can rely on.
Handover
Following successful deployment, we’ll hand over the monitoring and maintenance of the solution to one of your internal teams.
Support
As part of the default offering, we provide 30 days of post-engagement support to ensure operational stability.
During our initial engagement, we’ll determine the extent of work required to deploy our solution in your environment. However, we typically expect the deployment to be done in 2–3 weeks, whereupon the 30-day support window begins.
Additional features and assistance are billed at our hourly rate. This might include:
Assistance in setting up infrastructure in which to deploy the solution.
Development time, e.g., additional modelling, an operator UI, etc.
A support service-level agreement (SLA), beyond that included in the base offering. (We can even take on the ongoing monitoring and maintenance of the solution instead of handing it over to an internal team.)
